Monthly Pass FAQ

No, the pass is on a per-vehicle basis.
The pass will recharge on the date you purchased the pass. If you purchased your pass in a leap year, or on the 31st of a month, the pass will recharge on the 1st of the next month.
The pass is truly unlimited. Feel free to wash as often as you like.
We need your cancellation in writing so you can cancel in two ways: Online: Cancel your pass online by going to this URL In-Store: You can also cancel your pass in store by asking any Car Care Advisor. You will need to fill out a form that we will provide.
Your pass will automatically renew each month on your recharge date. Passes that are not used for more than 3 months will be automatically canceled. (Don’t you hate when you forget about a gym membership that you never used)
If you get a new windshield or car, visit any of our locations, and we will get you a new sticker.
The sticker is activated by a chip inside the sticker, if this becomes damaged you will need to get a new sticker at any of our locations.
Your pass is good at all of our Car Wash Express locations, and Splish Splash Locations.
If you would like a different type of wash, please let any attendant know before entering the tunnel, and they will be able to tailor the wash based on your preferences.
The sticker is mandatory to use our Express Pass lanes that utilize the RFID technology in the stickers. Without a sticker you will not be able to use the Express Pass lane, and will have to use the normal cashier lane.  We can affix the sticker to the inside of your door jamb, but again, you will not be able to use the Express Pass lanes.
You can visit any of our locations to update your card on file. Just use the cashier lane, they will scan your sticker, and swipe the new credit card.
We store this information as part of your customer account to help us identify your account when we need to replace your sticker or if you get a new vehicle or windshield. We also use your email address to automatically email your receipt each month as well.
We do not offer multi vehicle discounts, the price is $35 per vehicle. Please review our fleet program to see if that may suit your needs.
No notice is needed. You may cancel your Pass at any time before its recharge date.

Yearly Pass / 6- Month Pass / 1 – Month Club Plan FAQ

No, the pass is on a per-vehicle basis.
The Yearly and 6th Month Club plans DO NOT recharge. You will have to purchase a new pass when your club plan expires.
We do not store your credit card information for Club Plans.
The pass really is unlimited. So you can use it as often as you would like. We don’t recommend washing your car that often, but we won’t stop you.
There is no need to cancel a Yearly or 6-Month Club Plan. Just take the sticker off of your vehicle and you are all set.
If you get a new windshield or car, visit any of our locations and we will get you a new sticker.
